I love the smell of fermenting beer in the morning.
Smells like…victory!
I love it! What do you have rollin in there? I assume the IBA and Lambic?
Nothing else in the world smells like that.
Yep, IBA and beginnings of the lambic. Both took off right away, started fermenting within a few hours of pitching. The hop aroma coming off the IBA is heavenly.
