If you’re looking for a solid local pils, you might stick with Schell’s version, or try Summit. I know Minneapolis Town Hall has had their Saaz Pilsner on tap before, but it’s sporadic.

Any tips for a good local pilsner? Liza and I are looking for something with just the basic ingredients… something to replace my Brinkhoff’s pilsner from Dortmund. Oh, and if it could be similarly priced (€0.68 per 0.5 liter) that’d be nice.
