My friend still has about half a bottle, not that that helps you. Unless you’re ever in NoVa and he’s feeling generous! I’ve had it three separate times and loved it each.

I’m sure I’ll get my hands on it some day. Hmmm, maybe I could make a homebrew version…

It’s honestly not that hard to get if you don’t mind spending a little loot. Especially when the next version comes out I’m sure it’ll be easy to get a bottle for $150-200. And, remember, that bottle will last you for 2 years so it’s not that expensive (considering). In fact, I think some Whole Foods in NYC still have bottles sitting around. I could check for you if you’re truly interested.

What’s up fellas. Utopias is something I need to try one day. Don’t know if I’m willing to put out the cash though. I just want to try it once. Buying a whole bottle would be dangerous =)

Wow, still bottles sitting around? I’d be curious what they’re going for.

I’ll see if my Whole Foods still has a bottle.

Could always do a two way or a four way purchase. I am assuming you can opening it and transfer it into separate bottles. Though 50 bucks is still pretty high, hard to convince my wife on this one.

I’ve had enough that I’m not interested in buying any more of the ’07–even though I think it’s sublime–but yes, you could definitely split it up. It has a twist off cap and you store it warm just like a bottle of bourbon or cognac.

I’m eagerly anticipating the next batch, if and when it will ever come.

And I don’t know how it is in Minnesota, but for the last release of Utopias, several NYC bars were selling one ounce glasses of it for like $20.
